Change in diet could only help. Dude's farrr from healthy in so many ways.
I was thinking someone might have had personal experience of oil rig skin horror stories. The phenomenon is widespread among rig workers, but suspiciously hard to find online.

Specific numbers I don't have. Just know that I'm hard af!
There's a significant drop because I'm experienced, prepared, fearless, and already deep into meditation when he takes the first swing.
Countless hours on the cushion pay off in unexpected ways.

One thing I want to know...how did he know "full enlightenment" was coming so that he could live stream it? Clickbait. The moment on the couch at 'awakening' looks to be a while after the actual 'event'. He explains that day and the lead up in detail in 'Guru Viking Interviews episode 60'...
