I've practiced Xing Yi Nei Gong daily for over 8 years now. Unlike Tai Chi, it can be learned from a book. It takes about 20 minutes to do the set. For the past few weeks I've been doing 20 minutes 5-6 mornings per week in full lotus noting the rising and falling of the abdomen.

A qigong set which takes about 20 minutes followed by my sitting meditation. I find it wakes up and stretches my body allowing for a more productive sitting session.

Trying very hard to maintain 20-30 minutes daily of Anapanasati while in full lotus. I may dedicate one day per week to metta meditation as I think it's something I need to work on. Then again, the focus of my meditations may change as I get to grips with Ven. Analyo's Sattipathana Sutta book. :jug...

Full lotus.
I also must be flexible as I've never had any trouble assuming this position. I only get pain when coming out of the position (dead legs/feet).
