Re: I need help

Hi inastateofdecay, I totally hear you. If you need to talk to someone, we're all here :) We all are susceptible to loneliness and depression attacks from time to time. Re: Pali Terms: Uttarakuru, Pubbavideha, Aparagoyāna, continents

Apart from offering alms, the highly civilized Mayans in Mesoamerica were probably ready to hear a sermon or two as well. Such an i...

Re: Pali Terms: Uttarakuru, Pubbavideha, Aparagoyāna, continents

The point is, he seemed to be able to teleport to other lands. Is this a correct interpretation? How exactly is it said that the Buddha traveled to the other continent? It is said that he just "went" there. This reminds also of several occasions when the Buddha, having known the thoughts ...

Re: Relics ceremony at the stupa of Wat Boonyawad (Ajahn Dtun)

I have read an interesting background story of this stupa project from Channel 3 website. So here's a brief English summary which you might find interesting. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The reason behind the construction is that in July 2008 Ajahn Dtun had a vision of this chedi, together ...
