Welcome back Ella.

Im so sorry to hear about your parents. Life can really suck sometimes, but just remember that you have your brothers and sisters here in the Dhamma to make it suck all that much less.

Take care.

Welcome back, I hope everything goes well for you.
All the world is on fire, All the world is burning, All the world is ablaze, All the world is quaking. That which does not quake or blaze, That to which worldlings do not resort, Where there is no place for Mara:That is where my mind delights. (SN 5.7)

from moment to moment,
the wise purify themselves,
as a smith purifies silver.

What is the use of his knowledge
pertaining to the number of insects in the whole world?
Rather, inquire into his knowledge of
that which is to be practised by us
