Hi my name is Gemma im from Bedford, Im new to the Dhamma wheel but have a big interest in Buddhism:)
so thought i would join to learn more and to meet like minded people as where im from there is none.
Im a single mum to 2 boys,i love life although at times it can be hard
I enjoy meditating and the natural beauty of the outdoors,im very spiritual
Im down to earth and believe you should treat people how you would want to be treated.
I like to help people if i can as im a very caring person

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
