Hello from Norway/England

Post by Parmenion »

Hello everyone! :)

Im a 25 year old Norwegian, currently studying in the UK (something that has presented a few challenges which I will post about in a seperate thread).
I used to practice mediation on its own when I was in my teens as it had a very calming effect in some turbulent times in my life, but the last few years I have also gotten a lot more into the Buddhist side of things, and so far (even though I am still a beginner) the Dhamma has brought much peace and compassion into my life. I look forward to learn and maybe contribute some if I can on this board with you all :)
