Hello from Ohio

Just starting to study Buddhism. For years I've had my own beliefs about religions and the space around us. I've been carefully approaching Buddhism as a rational way of putting things in context over the last few years. I'm very sure now and ready to learn all I can. I hope to find good guidance here.
Currently, I'm about half way through "The Tibetan Book of Life and Death". Listened to many web casts by the Dalai Lama and now I find myself with a tremendous thirst for more knowledge.
