Hi!

Hello dhamma friends!

I thought it's probably about time i introduced myself on this forum... my names Dan, been practicing the dhamma for about 4 or 5 years. I have been dealing with a very unpleasant chronic health condition for quite a while, having the dhamma as my refuge has allowed this experience, however tough its been, to be a teacher along the path...

its nice to see so many likeminded practitioners gathered here!

loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

Welcome to DW!

Welcome Dan!

To practice is to know your defilements,
To attain the goal is to know and let go.
