Hi All, I’m Italian, I’m not for sure a Buddhist expert, just something more than curious. I'm mainly interested in meditation, but again not an advanced player. I found very interesting reading “Mindfulness in Plain English”.
---The trouble is that you think you have time--- ---Worry is the Interest, paid in advance, on a debt you may never owe--- ---It's not what happens to you in life that is important ~ it's what you do with it ---
It’s only meditation when there are two minds: Knowing-noting mind and observing mind. If there is only one mind, ‘I’ is always there. The object is not the dhamma, The dhamma is the mind That is being aware.
