e-sangha is down. When researching as to why I as shocked to find out about the strict curtailing of view points it had.
So I found this site
I'm a 'newbie' from Wales with way too many questions

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)
'We should not congratulate someone on the success of their misdeeds, but on the contrary should endeavour to advise him or her to lead a more skilful and wholesome life. If such advice is ignored then we can only give up and let go' - Phra Panyapatipo

Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

Hi all,
I was about to start a new one when i saw the topic of this intro as e-sangha. Actually,it is because I couldnt log into Esangha that prompted me to look for other alternative when i stumbled upon dhamma wheel.What impressed me more is that most of the members i am actually familiar with, so this is just like a family for me too. And furthermore, since i am more Theravada-based, this forum sounds, at my first impression, more resources to cater my needs.

One of the things I enjoy about Dhammawheel is there is an emphasis on spiritual friendship or Kalyāṇa-mittatā. There's a wholesomeness to it, and if one hangs around one can be expected to foster good qualities and reap the corresponding happiness.
It's all good, as they say.
