Hello from a newby

Postby Zen » Sat Nov 28, 2009 8:59 pm

Hi I’m new here. Found this forum trying to find out what happened to e-sangha.

Anyway, I got into Buddhism a few years ago and am at a point where I have realised just how life changing this stuff really is. Still have so much to learn though.

I started out in Theravada and then swapped to Zen for a while (hence my username) and now I’m looking back to Theravada because I want to have a better understanding of the doctrine.

Looks like you have a good community happening here. :toast:

Hi Zen
Welcome to the gang :anjali:
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!

Greetings Zen,

Welcome to Dhamma Wheel!

:buddha2:

Also, if you want to talk Zen, there's a couple of online options too, including Zen Forum International, and Dharma Wheel (as linked to in my signature).

Metta,
Retro. :)
If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)
