Hello!

Post by OgyenChodzom »

I found my way here from freesangha.com. I'm a Nyingma student, but I've just started studying the suttas and a little Abhidhamma and have a very deep interest in the Theravada school. I will be reading.
:namaste:

If you were on e-sangha, I was Syzygy. I've seen some familiar member names here. Drop a line, say hi!

Hello OgyenChodzom

Welcome to DW :)

Welcome to Dhamma Wheel and best wishes for the new pan-Buddhist site you've got going there at freesangha.

“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

OgyenChodzom! You are everywhere! It is good to see you here.
"As I am, so are others;
as others are, so am I."
Having thus identified self and others,
harm no one nor have them harmed.

Welcome!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
