Hello there
Some of you may know me from bhuddahchat.org or Bhuddism without boundaries. My name is Stephen and I have very recently joined a Samantha meditation group which i think is in teh Theravadin tradition. I havebeen reading about general buddhism for some time now and feel liek I am starting out on the path.
He who formerly was wreckless and afterwards became sober
brightens this world, like the moon when freed from clouds

They are certainly affiliated to the trust but I haven't joined the trust myself...yet
we'll see. Like I say I've just started meditating and am having difficulty kicking back for 10 minutes lol.

is it the samatha trust?
I think it is theravadin and know a couple of people who go to one of the groups on occasion but nothing more!
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!

teh Samantha centre, where they hold their courses is in Mid-wales
If all goes well I imagine I'll attend, but it is very early doors just now.
