Hi all,

The new site looks wonderful, and thanks to Retro for the invite!

Though I'm not very well-versed in Theravada, I look forward to learning here.

In the dharma,

Welcome Drolma...and a Happy New Year to you... ;)

May we progress together in becoming 'well versed' in the Dhamma...

Take care,

Greetings Drolma,

Lovely to see you!

I just wanted to point out, for those who don't know you, that you also have a new Buddhist discussion forum too...

The Buddhist Lounge
http://www.buddhistlounge.com/

It has a different focus to Dhamma Wheel (being multi-sectarian rather than concentrating primarily on Theravada), but it looks like a top site with a lot of potential! Feel free to tell us a little more about it if you'd like to.

Metta,
Retro. :)
If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

So nice to see you all here. Welcome over Drolma. Best wishes also for a very Happy New Year to you!

That was very kind Retro, thanks :)

Yes, I started up a forum as well called The Buddhist Lounge. All traditions are welcome and any input that you folks might have for the Theravadan forum would be most welcomed. The site is in its early stages with a small membership, but we hope to make it a nice place for dhamma discussion.

And thank you all for the warm welcome!

Hi all :)

I'm back, now as LauraJ. I've dropped the dharma name at forums, and I took a break from most all of the forums for a while. But now I'm back, happy to see you all again. I hope everyone has been well...much metta to all.

Kind wishes,
Laura
