Introduce yourself to others at Dhamma Wheel.
by Dan74 » Wed Mar 11, 2009 12:33 pm
I've been posting a bit and some would know me from our mother-forum, but for the others, I am Dan(iel) from Melbourne, Australia. I practice in the Korean Zen (Son) Buddhist tradition but my teacher likes referring to the Pali scriptures and making sure people know the fundamentals whatever tradition they come from.
I have respect for practitioners of all Buddhist traditions, especially the sincere and dedicated ones

!
May we all attain liberation!

Welcome!

Meditate, don't be negligent, lest you may later regret it!

nice to meet you!
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!

Greetings Dan,
Nice to see you here.

Metta,
Retro.

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)'We should not congratulate someone on the success of their misdeeds, but on the contrary should endeavour to advise him or her to lead a more skilful and wholesome life. If such advice is ignored then we can only give up and let go' - Phra PanyapatipoDharma Wheel (Mahayana / Vajrayana forum)
