Dear all,

We have made the decision to close the Atheist Quotes thread after listening to you here and discussing your concerns in the admin forum. The thread will still be visible but no one will be able to make further contributions to it. It will, in time, disappear from view under the weight of new and updated threads.
Thanks to those who contributed to the thread and all those who communicated their concerns here.
If anyone feels that a post on the Atheist Quotes thread is offensive, please feel free to hit the report button associated with that post.

Well, at least the last quote on that thread was a good one, it had a nice final touch
