Connection problems

I can log in OK but the connection is very poor - this has been a problem for months. I log in from a variety of machines and places, the problem persists, suggesting strongly the issue is not at my end. Can you help or advise?

Hi Rick,

Is the connection problem only for this site? Or is it slow for other sites too? Do you use a high-speed connection?

I have not had that problem, except on some rare occasions. I am on the West coast of the U.S., but the server is on the East coast of the U.S. Not sure, if that has anything to do with it, if you are far from the U.S.
