Headed out

Postby LonesomeYogurt » Sun Nov 18, 2012 6:11 pm

I'm gonna be gone from now until mid-December, doing some retreats at different monasteries. I hope it will be useful.

Please do send metta my way! See you guys later.
Gain and loss, status and disgrace,
censure and praise, pleasure and pain:
these conditions among human beings are inconstant,
impermanent, subject to change.

Knowing this, the wise person, mindful,
ponders these changing conditions.
Desirable things don’t charm the mind,
undesirable ones bring no resistance.

His welcoming and rebelling are scattered,
gone to their end,
do not exist.
- Lokavipatti Sutta

Stuff I write about things.

Have a safe time!
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!

Good luck in your retreats. Be well.

Enjoy your big dhamma holiday!
Then,
saturated with joy,
you will put an end to suffering and stress.

Wishing you all the best for your retreat, LY.

in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
