This is the 3rd day Ven Thitadhammo of Friesing, Germany is in KL. The picture below shows him at Brickfields Mahavihara where he gave a short impromptu Dhamma talk to the Buddhist Society for the Deaf, signed by a local volunteeer. There could be others but AFAIK, this is the only place where Dhamma is taught regularly to the deaf.
