saved £20 from the price which was nice and talked about my next one

it was originally going to be on my right deltoid but changed my mind today to the left biceps and then added colour (originally going to be black and white with shading) the colour scheme is the same as the right biceps
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!

I like it a lot!
I've seen the image before but I don't know the significance?
Gain and loss, status and disgrace,
censure and praise, pleasure and pain:
these conditions among human beings are inconstant,
impermanent, subject to change.
Knowing this, the wise person, mindful,
ponders these changing conditions.
Desirable things don’t charm the mind,
undesirable ones bring no resistance.
His welcoming and rebelling are scattered,
gone to their end,
do not exist.

I had a similar one as my avatar back in 1999 for a while, but are we contact on FB you may of seen my blog posts with it??
but it is the three legs are the symbol of where I am from, with the two birds (Raven and Falcon) on each foot representing freedom here (think the dhammapada verses) are also found on the coat of arms. the moto of the three legs is wherever you thrown it, it stands (simply). behind that is the Dhammacakkha (I was thinking sort of like the wheel in the header with placement) which is on a lotus with the smokey waft things used to symbolise the Buddha (on top) with the same symbol on each side to represent the disciples Sariputta & Maha-Mogalana. the colouring is not specifically significant and chosen as it was being done but after choosing the red because it is the colour of the flag I realised I have the same primary colour on the other arm so went with the same colours so here yellow (to symbolise gold) because the Dhamma is precious, and green for nature.

Just realised I saw this before, and think it is linked somewhere on the site (possibly on the thread about the Dhammacakkha in the headder being Vajrayana?)
The three legs (interestingly) can be seen at some Sicilian restaurants with the meduca head in the middle. and the symbol of Sicily is thought to be the origin of the manx and for the same reasons it being adopted (geographical country location). possibly via ireland or scotland, I vote scotland due to the historical connection.
