Obama's teleprompter breaks in mid-speech

I noticed that about 18-20 seconds in the video, immediately after it crashes, the secret service guard standing to the side touches his ear (his earpiece).

My guess as to that conversation:

"What just happened? Anybody know anything about what just happened? Why'd the teleprompter fall? Is everything secure?"

"It's fine, I think the teleprompter stand just gave out."
