The Canki Sutta talks about truth. MN95.

Also, MN140 The Analysis of the Properties has this:

"His release, being founded on truth, does not fluctuate, for whatever is deceptive is false; Unbinding — the undeceptive — is true. Thus a monk so endowed is endowed with the highest determination for truth, for this — Unbinding, the undeceptive — is the highest noble truth.

The deceptive is false, the undeceptive is true.

I guess "truth" means "the portion of the body of experience which is not deceptive."

Conventional sense:
Anything wholesome to you and others is good. Truth is the dependent origination. (four noble truths, karma, rebirth, Nirvana etc)

Unconventional sense:
Unconditioned is the truth and good. (From the vantage point of conventional sense)
