Last night, I stayed up 'til 6 AM playing videogames. The next day, I woke up at 6 PM, 12 hours later. Next Tuesday, I have to be up by about 7 AM to take a test.
WHAT can I do to get back on a normal sleep schedule? My sleep rhythm is very delicate. I can only usually move it by about an hour or so.
Right now, I plan on chugging four energy drinks, passing out when the caffeine wears off and waking up very early tomorrow.
