Hello Tokyo_Rose,

What a lovely story! :group: Much merit to you for your kind and loving actions.

Though I always used to buy pedigreed labradors and rottweilers - my last dog was a stray Great Dane which I agreed to take home from the kids school for just one night. Of course, after advertising everywhere, there were no takers and Rusty, who had come for "one night only", stayed for over 10 years. I miss him so much since he has passed over, and hope he has had a fortunate rebirth and has contact with the Dhamma.

Nice post Tokyo_Rose!
Your compassion is commendable.

Looks like she's winking.

But never soddens what is open;
Uncover, then, what is concealed,
Lest it be soddened by the rain.
