Indeed... have a good one!

:hello:

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

May Wisdom develop with Calm,
May Calm develop with Wisdom,
May this year be fruitful for all.

Happy Birthday!
Four types of letting go:

1) Giving; expecting nothing back in return
2) Throwing things away
3) Contentment; wanting to be here, not wanting to be anywhere else
4) "Teflon Mind"; having a mind which doesn't accumulate things

Cheerful Birthday! How old are you?
Then,
saturated with joy,
you will put an end to suffering and stress.

Hello all

Thank you very much for the birthday wishes  :D

I started my 19th birthday with a job interview, which was a breeze - I got the job :D
Lunch with the family, a big cake and a visit to the botanical gardens.
Then to polish things off I met up with the local meditation group and we had a good sit and a good talk (I also gave them the dhammawheel web address)

It was a great day

Hope you all had a great day too!
