Hi there, my name is Nick, I would like to share my little experience in this board and seek for people who would like to do the same
In the last two months I'm taking part in a skype meditation group, we all know each others trough retreats but we all live hours from one another
I have to say that I was skeptical at the beginning but now super happy, we usually have a 45 min meditation session followed by 30 min of Dhamma discussion. There isn't a master but we humbly try to guide the meditation shifting each day. Sometimes we dedicate to a specific topic or type of meditation (metta, vipassana or mutida) or just simple samatha practice.
I'm Italian but I speak a "decent" English, practice Theravada but really open-minded
What to you guys think? Want to join? Have existing group that I can join?
Virtual sangha on skype? :)
