It's official! Carlsen won the 2013 Candidates Tournament, so he will face Anand for the World Championship match this November.

It is somewhat of a 'dream' match-up, imo with Anand from India and being champion for so many years vs. Carlsen, a prodigy-genius who currently holds the record with the highest elo rating-ever. It is almost as good (maybe as good?) as the dream match-up of Kasparov vs. Fischer, which never materialized.

There is the possibility the championship match might be played in India.
