A discussion on all aspects of Theravāda Buddhism

Hi there,
I am looking for a Theravada temple to attend in Toronto, ON Canada. I know of one or two that are Sri Lankan and most of the suttra readings and lectures are not in English. I would like to find a more 'international' if you could call it that, Theravada temple that I can go to. Does anyone know of the sort? Thank you.

Gain and loss, status and disgrace,
censure and praise, pleasure and pain:
these conditions among human beings are inconstant,
impermanent, subject to change.
Knowing this, the wise person, mindful,
ponders these changing conditions.
Desirable things don’t charm the mind,
undesirable ones bring no resistance.
His welcoming and rebelling are scattered,
gone to their end,
do not exist.
