Ajahn Brahms Sutta Study Courses are pretty excellent. A personal recommendation of mine would be MN49 - The Invitation of a Brahma.

I found this ebook very helpfull because of its explanation of dependent arising -> http://www.bps.lk/olib/wh/wh147-p.html

As well as this Article on Dependent Origination by Ajahn Brahmali -> http://community.dhammaloka.org.au/content.php/35-Understanding-the-Essence-of-Dependent-Origination
Wherever he goes, there he is unafraid.. Wherever he sleeps, there he is unalarmed!
The nights and days does neither touch nor burn him. He sees nothing in this world
that is to be kept or lost.. Therefore his mind dwells in goodwill and gentle kindness
towards all beings until he falls asleep.
