how does one know that the writer?
How decides of who become arahants in heaven and those who reached It one Earth? By age..? Arahantship I mean.
one suffer because one hasnt existed long : )

How does one know that after reaching anagami one comes to heaven and so on?

According to Thanissaro, if you're trying to assess yourself, the question is always "Where is the stress?" because that's where the current work is, whether you're an Anagami or a Putujjana. If you're trying to assess whether someone else is an Anagami, the question is why. You will still have to critically assess their teachings and try them out for yourself.
