A discussion on all aspects of Theravāda Buddhism

Anyone know of a on-line source of Theravadan meditation? Doesn't have to be guided, maybe just a reference list, but includes how to go through the meditattion?
Thanks!

Can't go wrong with Ven. Gunaratana's
Mindfulness In Plain English:

"To reach beyond fear and danger we must sharpen and widen our vision. We have to pierce through the deceptions that lull us into a comfortable complacency, to take a straight look down into the depths of our existence, without turning away uneasily or running after distractions." -- Bhikkhu Bodhi

Hi Thaibebop,
Try this. Tons of good talks.
http://www.dharmaseed.orgAs a side, I noticed in one of your posts that you are quite some distance from a teacher. I think one of the responses was that it was imperative that you find a teacher. Maybe. But I wouldn't let that frustrate you into leaving the path. That would be the worst thing that could happen. I don't have a teacher at this time but in reading the Suttas I've found plenty of material to contemplate and work on. And in doing so I've noticed I've let go a little. When the time is right it will all fall in together.
