Anyone know of a on-line source of Theravadan meditation? Doesn't have to be guided, maybe just a reference list, but includes how to go through the meditattion?
Thanks!

Yes, look at Ajahn Jayasaro's series on Meditation at Dhammatube.

Hi Thaibebop,
Try this. Tons of good talks.

As a side, I noticed in one of your posts that you are quite some distance from a teacher. I think one of the responses was that it was imperative that you find a teacher. Maybe. But I wouldn't let that frustrate you into leaving the path. That would be the worst thing that could happen. I don't have a teacher at this time but in reading the Suttas I've found plenty of material to contemplate and work on. And in doing so I've noticed I've let go a little. When the time is right it will all fall in together.
