Hello all,
I have Ajahn Sujato's "A step by step way to Metta Meditation ~ Disk 2".
Is anyone familiar with this, and if so, do you know how I can obtain Disk 1?
Edit: title edited for correct spelling

Hello Mike, JC,
The last two downloads of the four listed are the ones I have on the CD "A step by step way to Metta Meditation ~ Disk 2".
Problem solved, question answered.
Much gratitude!

Here's a series of retreat talks by Ajahn Sujato about this metta meditation method. There's some background information in Part 01 and then he gives detailed instructions in the other 9 parts.

Well, I had not come across this method as explained by Ajahn Sujato before seeing it here some months ago. And when this old thread was linked from a recent meditation forum post I thought that some people might be interested in the other series of talks as well.

Hello ryb,
I wonder why you see metta as 'simple'?
Metta (when truly understood and practised properly and fully) can lead to awareness release and to no further rebirths in this realm.

Hi Cooran,
I was not insinuating that metta was simple, just the meditation is. Hmm now I see your point.
