They were still around in December, when I received an email from Mrs. Lim there.
Her email address: hockchai@tm.net.my
However, I have been unable to locate a current W.A.V.E. website.

Greetings all,

I, too, received an e-mail from Mrs. Lim. This was January 21st. I haven't seen a Web site either.
With metta,

Justin

I recently became aware of budaedu.org, which offers free dharma books, including a number of Theravada titles.
More info is at http://www.budaedu.org/en/book/
