I'm from Thailand, where Theravada Buddhism is national religion.
Where I am from, just down south...Islam is the majority...Buddhism is no.2 (Theravada-mainly from the Thai and Sri Lankan Traditions, being the most popular ones, seems to be a formidable force...we had great figures like The late 'Tok Raja'
and The late 'Chief Reverend'
and I'm quite surprise that many of you interested in Buddhism
Times have changed....and in favour of the Buddha Dhamma fortunately...
So, what's things that you interested most about Buddhism?
Suffering and its cessation...
and how you practice for daily life?
Chanting, meditation, Uposatha, study...and the list goes on...
