Actually, without any guidance, this kind of stuff is rather dangerous and can lead to repression and very unhealthy attitudes to sexuality and such. If anybody wants to read about such a result you can in Bhante Kovida's book "the world is myself" (page 195) (should be on his website). Imagining an object of lust as decaying is a bit morbid. You can simply watch the arising of the feelings and the passing of them without identifying with anything
