It looks like a great anthology, sort of like the one by Bhikkhu Bodhi. But I noticed that is just a preview as it jumps from pg. 15 to pg. 87 and then 89 to 305, so you cannot get the whole book online just yet.

No, that's right. Google only provides a limited preview, as the book has just been published.
I have seen it in books stores, and on Amazon. It does indeed look like a good one.
