I met a very kind monk, many years ago, who went by that name. I think he is also an author...to my knowledge, he resides in Burma (Myanmar). A google search gets heaps of results. The monk I met years ago is the one pictured here:
http://www.buddhanet.net/intrsnow.htm I guess if you wish to meet him, you will have to travel... maybe write him a letter and ask where he now lives, maybe he will reply?

No, I'm sorry, all I know is that we are talking about the same person...I have not seen or contacted him for over 15 years...you might need to do some searching on google...
