This e-book version of Acharya Buddharakkhita's Dhammapada has been out for a few months, but I just fixed the font in the e-pub file as well as numerous typos in all.

On that page you can find an epub and mobi/kindle version of the complete text as found on accesstoinsight.org. This is the 1985 edition that is now available for free distribution. There are also some PDF's of just the verses. One is a convenient booklet version.

BTW, It appears that the BPS has also come out with a new paperback version of the most recent edition, including a pocket version without the introduction.

For Venerable Narada's translation, you can download a verse only PDF booklet here:

Also, Bhikkhu Pesala has published an edited version of Ven. Narada's translation. It includes the Pali as well as summaries of the commentary stories. Also a hyperlinked index of the stories. A pdf, epub, and html version can be found here:

I went ahead and created an epub and mobi/kindle version of Ven. Narada's original translation, just the verses.

The language in Bhikkhu Pesala's edited version is probably better for most readers, but if you are keen on the original version, now there's a book for you.

New version of Ven. Buddharakkhita's Dhammapada that includes the Pali, verse by verse.

EPUB and Kindle Acharya Buddharakkhita Dhammapada Translation with Pali

Feedback on the formatting is most welcome. I set the Pali in italics to make them stand out a bit.
