This is a great site, thanks! Ajahn Tiradhammo is coming to Dhammagiri Brisbane early next week for a visit, and I just found his article "The Practice of
Metta in Insight Meditation" at the link you gave. Fortuitous, because I find I need metta to moisten my insight meditation.
