Thank you Chris!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Hello Bill,

This is a great site, thanks! Ajahn Tiradhammo is coming to Dhammagiri Brisbane early next week for a visit, and I just found his article "The Practice of
Metta in Insight Meditation" at the link you gave. Fortuitous, because I find I need metta to moisten my insight meditation.
