IsoHunt is a fairly decent bittorrent site, actually. I'm trying to download it now, in fact, so I'll let you know. As of now, there are two peers sharing at 100% with an estimated timeline of just over a day to complete.
I can confirm that the full Anguttara and a little over half of the Khuddaka* are part of the file, but I have no idea who has translated it.

I'm pretty sure the Anguttara (which I set to download first) is:
The Book of the Gradual Sayings, 5 volumes: Vol. I (1932, 1989, 1995), Vol. II (1933, 1992, 1995), tr. F.L. Woodward; Vol. III (1934, 1988, 1995), Vol. IV (1935, 1989, 1995), tr. E.M. Hare; Vol. V (1936, 1994), tr. F.L. Woodward, Pali Text Society, Oxford, England
Translation of A.nguttara-nikaaya.
So this torrent is a collection of the entire PTS Sutta Pitaka, it would seem - mostly. Anguttara 4 was missing, alas, contrary to what I first thought.

I just got though downloading it all; not many people seeding so it took a couple days. The DN, MN, and SN are all scans Bodhi's books (sans introductory sections). I don't have a problem with having downloaded these personally these since I've already purchased the actual books, but I'm doubtful about the legality of distributing these. I would be glad to keep seeding the torrent if these are okay to distribute. Unless anyone can confirm this is okay, I am going to stop seeding for now.
