Caught a BBC (Horizon) show about science looking for consciousness…pretty (to me) interesting…especially the part where scientists can accurately forecast decisions we make, up to six seconds before we make them…hmmm…

Personally, I am very interested in recent research into consciousness.
One book I have been recommending over the last year is the work by Thomas Metzinger: The ego tunnel: the science of mind and the myth of the self.
I think we are entering a period where insights of Buddhist wisdom will find some support in science.
