Buddha's mind or soul???

After I read about the post on 3 bodies of Buddha I got a thought arise in my mind.

When the Buddha meditating in midnight, he some how appear in other realm such as the heavenly realm to teach deva and deities Dhammas.

Then in what form of the Buddha actually leave the physical form and appear in another realm to teach Dhamma?

Or maybe it's the jhanic ability one gain from that actually can make you appear in other places like 'Manomayiddhi' from the 8 skills gained after attaining higher jhana.

So if it is like that, then the bodies of buddha that is actually pure and have a bodily form maybe can be explained by that skill attained from higher Jhanna by the Buddha?

I have not listened to this for a while, but as I recall he discusses how Mara is the "control freak" part of our mind.
