It's pretty much the conventional wisdom common to all schools when it comes rebirth, karma and sitting practice (meditation).
In terms of practice, it does have esoteric rituals such as mantra recitation not found in some other schools.
It also differs from some other schools, though yet other traditions concur with it, that an ordinary person born into this world can attain enlightenment without undergoing at least one more rebirth.
