Not really. You will have fun for a little while being eclectic, then (if you are lucky) realize that you aren't getting anywhere.
It's like trying to make an aeroplane from bits and pieces of skateboard, baby's pram, bicycle, motorbike, surfboard, hangglider, etc - you get the picture. They are all modes of transport true, and you could spend years fiddling and come up with a contraption out of Mad Max - but even if it
did fly a bit you ain't gonna get far.
