The really scary is not death.
In contrast, The real scare is the birth.
Because it’s the beginning of all suffering and pain.

A rather dismal take on things. With birth comes the possibility of Dhamma practice. Life from a stand point of Dhamma insight is not one of pain and suffering. It is, with Dhamma insight, the letting go of those things that result in suffering and pain.
This being is bound to samsara, kamma is his means for going beyond.

In my opinion that's not a good introduction to the Dhamma, especially for people with severe depression or other mental health issues.

Because... Death is not the end... :candle:
Right...and your evidence for this is...
Bhikkhus, if you develop and make much this one thing,
it invariably leads to weariness, cessation, appeasement, realization and extinction.
What is it? It is recollecting the Enlightened One.
If this single thing is recollected and made much,
it invariably leads to weariness, cessation, appeasement, realization and extinction.

Did you mean evidence for life after death?
