Any recommandation for a good book on meditation?

A forum for beginners and members of other Buddhist traditions to ask questions about Theravāda (The Way of the Elders). Responses require moderator approval before they are visible in order to double-check alignment to Theravāda orthodoxy.

These books include exactly what you are looking for: buddhist meditation on and off the cushion, loving kindness, breath, vipassana & samatha.
Some of that stuff is in print also.
