I obtained a chanting book, which has the chants in #1 written down in it, - from the Amaravati Monastery recently .I wasn't given a price for it, I gave a donation. I'm sure it would be possible to get one by post for anyone who's interested. The e-mail address for requests or enquiries is on the site here, as well as the postal address :

Gosh that took me back. Both my grandchildren had naming ceremonies at Chithurst, the sister Vihara to Amaravati. I always loved their style of chanting.
