Where can i find an audio of suttas declamations

Postby sphairos » Mon Jun 21, 2010 5:23 am

Dear friends,

I would like to ask you, where can i find declamations or recitations of suttas being performed in "traditional way" by native East-Asian people (monks, probably).

Now I'm interested in the Maha-nidana-, Satipatthana-, Anapanasati-, Nidana-samyutta's and Satipatthana-samyutta's suttas, and also in the Vinaya-pitaka's Mahavagga's recitations.

Thank you very much.

Hello sphairos,

Here are a couple of websites to start with ~ it may be that some of our Venerables can give additional choices.
Hope this helps:

cooran, jcsuperstar

Thank you, I should have made it clear that i'm interested only in the recitations of the original Pali texts.

I enjoyed very much the style of venerable K. Rathanasara. It would be great to have Satipatthana and Mahanidana suttas recited this way.
